Step 1: Attorney downloads a FREE set of Client Intake forms. Print the forms and have the client(s) fill them out completely. Review them with your client for completeness, fax, or scan to Bankruptcy Coordinator.
Step 2: Bankruptcy Coordinators will prepare the complete bankruptcy petition, including the federal and local forms if needed. Bankruptcy Coordinator will obtain the missing information from the client and fax or scan you the information and finalize the petition.
Step 3: If your client is currently receiving a wage garnishment, two letters will be prepared for the creditor and payroll department of the employer to stop the garnishment immediately. The letters will be printed with your law firm information, ready for your signature.
Step 4: When the petition is complete, your law firm information and Attorney Compensation Statement will be prepared. Then, the entire petition is converted to PDF format and e-mailed to you. The PDF file is also suitable for electronic filing.

NOTE: All bankruptcy petitions will contain the lawyer's name, law firm and bar number. Our name does not appear anywhere. All client and attorney information is held in the strictest confidence.
